Mainland Sout East Asia is dry from November through to April, so these are popular months in which to explore this part of the region. The smaller islands and archipelagos run to a different schedule, so check before you travel to these parts of South East Asia.
Peak season in Laos and Thailand begins in December as the weather becomes dry and sunny, making it a popular time for people visiting on their Christmas break. We’d recommend booking early if you want to explore Thailand or Laos in December to avoid disappointment. January and February see the dry weather spreading across Malaysia and Vietnam, so it’s a great time of year to explore these places.
